What can I do if I am not happy with the products I received?


We will immediately replace any products that you are not happy with if you email us on shop@schoonbee.co.za and let us know what is wrong with the delivery you received along with photos of the product you are unhappy with. Photos of products that are spoiled (e.g. the bottle is bloated, the juice is gassy or the grapes are off) need to be taken within a reasonable amount of time after delivery at your shipping address.

This does not apply to bottles showing “paneling” as explained below.
