“Dan Ben Hanna” is a black seeded table grape with medium-sized, round berries. Hand-picked from the oldest vineyards planted at Schoonbee Landgoed in 1994.
This cultivar was produced in Israel by Dr. Hochberg and named “Son of Hannah” in honour of his wife.
The flavour and quality of local destination table grapes are on par with export destination table grapes, but are not suited to withstand the journey to export markets.
