After selecting the best lemons, we cold press the fruit on our farm to extract their pure, refreshing flavour into each bottle. Unlike most other lemon juice suppliers, our lemon juice contains no added water, sugar, colourants, flavourings or preservatives.

Due to the inherent qualities of lemon juice, this liquid can remain fresh for extended periods of time. To ensure that the juices are completely food safe, Schoonbee Landgoed uses high-pressure processing (HPP) technology that is applied within 24 hours of pressing the juice. HPP is a heatless preservation method that helps us to capture all the fresh goodness of natural lemons in our juiced product range. HPP also drastically extends the shelf life of refrigerated fresh juices. The process does not damage active enzymes and nutritional contents, giving you the best of both worlds: fresh lemon juice with extended shelf life.
